Believe in Dreams Gala is just around the corner and we have put in place the following protocols as recommended by the CDC and local health departments to protect all of our guests and their families from the spread of Covid 19 :
- Masks: All guests are strongly encouraged to wear a mask (available at check in) when not seated eating or drinking, especially those who are unvaccinated. All evening event staff, both Hilton and Believe in Dreams representatives, will be fully masked.
- Parking: Complimentary self-parking is available if you prefer not to valet. Self-parking is located in the Huntington Building across the street with an underground attached tunnel to the Hilton.
- Sanitation: hand sanitizing stations will be placed at all ballroom entrances. Cups will be covered and silverware will be rolled.
- Distancing: Guests will be seated with their requested party only and tables will have extra spacing between them. Check in area and bar locations will have extra spacing and social distancing floor markers.
We will continue to closely monitor health officials recommendations over the next week and provide any updates. We look forward to spending a great evening with you and your guests to create more dreams for the children in our community.
